Pet Friendly Apartments with No Breed Restrictions
Looking for pet-friendly apartments in Fayetteville? Stone Ridge Apartment Homes is one of the city’s most pet-friendly living communities with amenities like the enclosed bark park and extensive open, green lawn space for your pets to play. Best of all, our community does not enforce breed restrictions. Your pets are welcome here!
Pet Policy:
- Pets may be dogs or cats and have a combined total weight of 200 lbs.
- We welcome pets upon approval.
- There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment.
- Stone Ridge Apartment Homes does NOT have breed restrictions.
Pet Fees
- There is a non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet, with a limit of 2 per apartment. The pet fee is non-refundable and does not transfer from apartment to apartment.
- There is a monthly pet fee of $30 per pet.
