La Cocina Mexican Grill

With over eleven locations throughout North Carolina, La Cocina Mexican Grill has honed the art of traditional Mexican cuisine since 2000. It all started when the Villalpando brothers relocated to Mebane, NC from Guanajuato, Mexico— the brothers had a shared vision to bring the rich flavors of their homeland to their new neighbors and community in North Carolina. Word of their authentic Mexican recipes spread quickly and La Cocina became a runaway hit. The enormous menu provides diners with a plethora of options: burritos, fajitas, quesadillas, seafood plates, and a long list of specialty entrees like the Mexican-style ribeye, the chicken mole ranchero, and more. You’ll have to return again and again to experience the full breadth of the menu!

Pharaoh's Legacy

With a name that hearkens back to the iconic ancient Egyptian leaders, Pharaoh’s Legacy is one of Fayetteville’s favorite destinations for Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant successfully delivers on definitive Middle Eastern dishes like gyros, kebab, house-made hummus, creamy baba ghanouj, and sizeable shawarma platters served with basmati rice and Fattoush salad. For those who are feeling less adventurous, Pharaoh’s also offers Mediterranean-influenced burgers and wholesome salads. Regardless of what you choose, be sure to end your meal on a sweet note with the pistachio baklava or basbousa cake. This is your opportunity to live (and eat) like a pharaoh.

The origin story behind Dirtbag Ales Brewery & Taproom is really a story of friendship and camaraderie between Tito Simmons-Valenzuela and Eric Whealton. The two served as Army medics at Fort Bragg where they would experiment with a home brewing kit after shifts. Their know-how grew and grew until there was no option but to open their own brewing operation. Today, Dirtbag Ales Brewery & Taproom is best known for their blood orange Kolsch, cold-brew mocha porter, and classic IPA. The brew masters are also consistently creating fresh, inventive beers, which leads to an ever-evolving menu and exciting experience for patrons. Dirtbag Ales continues to be one of Fayetteville’s hottest local breweries.
